Today I am participating in Gussy Sews Inspiration Workshop #7!
This week's prompt is SUNSHINE!
ALL THE WAYS THAT SUNSHINE MAKES ME HAPPY:
It brings me peace:
It is there in love:
It is there in laughter:
It shows its beauty, even when it isn't quite seen:
The above pictures are all from some of the happiest times in my life. The first picture is on the beach in St. Lucia, where we had our weddingmoon.
The day after this picture, my hubby and I were married on the beach, as you see in the second picture. That was one of the most beautiful days of my life.
The third picture is from our summer family gathering at my mother and father-in-laws pool, which is always a fun filled week of laughter, silliness and antics. As you can see, I am floating on a blue shark so the need to explain the grin on my mug is not needed.
The fourth and fifth pictures are from our recent vacation to Cozumel Mexico, which was absolutely incredible.
Sunshine clearly makes me happy, as it is present during some of the happiest times of my life.
Even on the cloudy days,when sunshine is taking a nap, I can find the sunshine within my memory, and my heart.

I'm jealous! Your wedding was gorgeous and St. Lucia is on my bucket list of places to visit. Sunshine makes me happy...too bad I live in a place where the sun rarely shines (Seattle!)..but I desperately crave it. Mexico is my happy place.

I love the sun and I love the beach! Me and my hubby were married on the beach in the Bahamas and it was wonderful. I love your pictures!
Beautiful photos!! Wish I lived near a beach--but I'm in land-locked Nebraska.
I wished I lived at the beach as well! We are about a 10hour drive away :(
That is one of my lifelong dreams though!
I just love sunshine too as it makes the day seem so full of promise and cheer. You wedding photo is just beautiful. TFS
